EinfachAI is a remote-first AI automation studio for German-speaking companies. It combines 15 years of senior software development experience — around ten of them in complex e-commerce systems — with hands-on agentic AI work since 2023.
The focus is deliberately pragmatic. Rather than promising all-powerful agents, EinfachAI builds clearly defined workflows and internal AI assistants that relieve existing teams of repetitive work while keeping existing systems stable.
Two problems come up again and again.
The API knot. Many companies run isolated legacy systems, supplier data sets or portals whose interfaces are missing, locked or uneconomical to integrate. EinfachAI connects them with autonomous browser and desktop agents that do the work a human would otherwise do by hand.
The routine trap. Specialised internal AI assistants extract invoice and product data from unstructured PDFs and feed it straight into the systems that need it, instead of someone retyping it every week.
E-commerce and Shopware. More than a decade of e-commerce work, eight of those years with Shopware. EinfachAI takes over technical maintenance, code optimisation and long-term care of shop systems: migrations, performance work, core infrastructure, and the integration and maintenance of ERP, PIM and warehouse interfaces. Senior-level code quality without agency overhead.
Digital Product Passports. The legal obligation for digital product passports is coming. EinfachAI supports brands and manufacturers with the technical concept and implementation: a scalable, performant architecture for storing and serving passport data securely and immutably, integration with existing Shopware, PIM and ERP systems, and technical preparation for AI commerce so that autonomous AI buyers can pick up structured product data automatically.
How the work is done. The stack is modern where it matters and boring where it should be: Node.js and TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Next.js and Astro on the front end, plus agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, OCR and PDF parsing where AI genuinely helps. Development runs in a fully sandboxed setup; business-critical customer data, credentials and sensitive code segments are never pushed into public cloud models. Where it is reasonable, open-source models hosted in Europe are preferred so companies keep control over their own data and infrastructure.
Who this is for. Teams that already have working systems and no appetite for a rewrite: e-commerce shops, manufacturers whose product data lives in several systems at once, and companies whose staff spend hours every week moving information between tools that will never talk to each other on their own. Automation is added around those systems, not instead of them.
EinfachAI works remotely with companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with a clear preference for e-commerce and mid-sized businesses. The usual first step is a short technical assessment of what can realistically be automated — not a large, open-ended project.
