About AI Reply Risk Checker

AI Reply Risk Checker is a free, browser-based pre-send check for customer replies. It is meant for the person who has a polished AI draft on screen but still needs to confirm that the message is safe, accurate, and appropriate for the customer in front of them. Contractors, local service businesses, small agencies, and support teams can use it without creating an account.

Using the checker takes about a minute. Pick the reply situation, mark the warning signs that apply, and add a short redacted note or draft if it helps. The result is a low, medium, or high review signal followed by a practical checklist. It does not rewrite the message, approve it, or send it. The sender keeps control of every edit and the final decision.

A fluent reply can hide a very ordinary mistake. A price may be vague. An estimated date may suddenly read like a guarantee. A refund explanation can contradict the written policy, while a friendly request for payment or identity details may point the customer toward an unsafe channel. The checker looks for those kinds of issues. It also covers appointment details, promises about results, opt-out language, and wording that may drift into legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Take a home-service estimate as an example. The schedule is not final, but an AI draft says the job will be finished on Friday. Marking the promise flag tells the sender to compare that sentence with the real calendar and contract before replying. In a different conversation, the draft asks a customer to email sensitive information. The checklist gives the sender a clear reason to replace that line with the company-approved secure process.

The optional text field is for short, redacted material. Names, account numbers, medical details, access codes, and other private information should be removed before anything is pasted. The page states that the optional note stays in the browser. Nothing is transmitted to an inbox or CRM, and the checker cannot press Send on a user's behalf.

This is a review aid, not legal, medical, financial, security, or compliance advice. It cannot see a signed agreement, an internal policy, or the full history of a customer relationship. A low signal does not certify a reply. A high signal does not prove that the message is wrong. It means a person should stop, check the facts, and bring in a manager or qualified adviser when the subject calls for one.

Some teams may use the page as a quick training exercise. A manager can show why a confident sentence still needs evidence, then ask the employee to compare the draft with the source record. An individual operator can use it as the last step before sending a quote, appointment update, complaint response, or refund explanation. Either way, the purpose stays narrow: catch an avoidable wording risk while there is still time to correct it.

AI Cleanup Doctor built the tool around a gap that general writing assistants do not resolve. They can produce smooth sentences quickly, but smooth writing does not confirm the price, permission, policy, or promise behind those sentences. AI Reply Risk Checker gives the human review a consistent starting point without pretending to replace human judgment.
