BandUp is a shared workspace for bands that play live. It brings the repertoire, setlists, rehearsal calendar, and tech rider into one place and keeps all in sync for every member. Instead of a group chat, a printed setlist, and three notes apps, you run the band from one page everyone can see and edit.
The problem it solves
Most band work has nothing to do with music. Booking one rehearsal takes dozens of messages. A setlist printed at home changes at the venue, so half the band plays from an outdated sheet. Lyrics sit in one app, chords in another, often in a key the singer no longer uses. Every venue asks for a tech rider and someone rebuilds it from scratch. BandUp removes that work.
What it does
Repertoire and voting. Songs live in one library with lyrics, chords, key, and BPM. New ideas go to a vote — songs that pass move into the repertoire.
Setlist builder. Drag songs into order, add break and finale blocks, and the total running time updates as you work.
Stage Mode and Follow Mode. One tap turns the setlist into a full-screen stage view — readable type, adjustable size, built for a dark stage. Any member can follow the band leader's page live, so last-minute changes reach every screen before the next song.
Rehearsal polls and calendar. Propose time slots, the band marks each as available, unsure, or unavailable, and the best slot drops into the shared calendar.
Tech rider. Stage plot and input list generate from your band data. Share with the venue as a live link or download a print-ready PDF.
Live sync. Every edit reaches every member immediately — no messages, no version confusion.
Who it is for
BandUp is for bands that perform regularly without a manager or road crew: cover bands, wedding bands, original acts on club circuits, worship teams, and music school ensembles. A typical band has three to eight members, rehearses a few times a month, and currently coordinates through group chats and printed sheets.
Getting started
Create an account, set up your band, and invite members by email. Add songs, build a setlist, and open Stage Mode. Most bands finish setup within a single rehearsal. BandUp runs in any modern browser — no installation required. Every plan includes every feature. The only difference between plans is the number of members your workspace holds.
